My name is Ron Elfenbein and I am an emergency room doctor.
I live in Annapolis with my wife Heather, our 3 year old son Alex, our 17 month old daughter Haley and our rescued dog, Ali. We are expecting our third child in December. If I have not yet done so, I hope to have the opportunity to meet you in person.
This web site serves several purposes. First, it provides you, the voter, with the information you will need to make an informed decision come election day; I ask for your vote. Second, it serves as the start of what I hope will be a dialogue between us. I invite you to look over the site, see where I stand on various issues, contact me, attend an event, etc.. I hope you like what you see. I am confident that once you get to know me, my stance on the issues and my passion for serving and making our state better, you will vote for me. I want to earn your vote and your support and I promise you that I will work every day to make our state better.
The 2010 election in Maryland will be an historic one. Not only will this election give us the opportunity to finally break the stranglehold of one party machine rule that has become the reality in our great state, but it will also determine the face of our legislative districts (through the process of redistricting). Whether you are a Republican, Democrat, Independent, or Unaffiliated, I hope we can all agree that a one party machine is not the answer to our state’s problems. Look where it has gotten us!
Please contact me with any questions, concerns, or if I can help you in any way. We welcome you and ask that you look around and check back often for updates.
Thank you so very much.
All the best!
Ron
